Metroplex Sailors get new coach

Grapevine Sailing Club, Fort Worth Boat Club and Corinthian Sailing Club have joined together to hire a new coach to support the team.  Kelly Gough, a mulit-class North American and National Champion, America’s Cub Sailor, College All American and Olympic Class sailor.  Kelly started working with the advanced racers in November and the kids are already seeing their abilities grow.    By working together, the clubs are able to get a world class coach for the kids and they are having a great time this fall.  We look forward to seeing the continues to continue to grow as both racers and Corinthians.

  

 

Grapevine Community Sailing Education Fund

Is a publicly supported non-profit 501(C)3  corporation established to support the Sport of  Sailing through education programs and competitive sailboat racing activities in North Texas.

 

Join us this summer for sailing Camp.  We have a camp for new sailors, recreational sailors and racers.  Our Recreational camp teaches new and experienced sailors how to sail.  Day camps are held Monday - Friday from 9 am- 4 pm.  Each session is 2 weeks.  Join for one or multiple sessions:
June 6-17
June 27 - July 8
July 11-22 (save $75 on this camp)

Race camp is for experienced sailors moving into racing.  
Optimist Race Camp for younger kids: June 6-17
Laser Race Camp for teens: June 27 - July 8
